When BMW introduced Fuel Injection on the F650, the throttle action was nowhere as good as on the older carburetor models. This problem is related to the very lean running fuel injected engines, and the symptoms are poor idle, and harsh throttle action. Even though we have learned to live with these issues, the drivability of the single cylinder can be improved a lot by richening up the Air/Fuel Ratio slightly, and the BoosterPlug is doing a very good job on the BMW singles.
