Q: Are Western Cycle Supply and Royal Enfield related?

A: No. Western Cycle Supply is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Royal Enfield, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Royal Enfield website can be found Here.

Q: Are the parts from Western Cycle Supply genuine Royal Enfield parts?

A: All of our parts have been tested and deemed compatible with the royal Enfield model they are marketed for. However, because we don't get our parts directly from Royal Enfield they are not considered genuine spares.

Q: I have a hard time finding parts for my bike, where do you get your parts from?

A: The Western Cycle Supply staff has been involved with the Royal Enfield brand in various ways for many years. Over the course of that time we have built relationships with industry suppliers around the world. These relationships allow us to offer you high quality replacement parts.

Q: Where does my order ship from?

A: All of our packages ship from the United states.

Q: I can find parts cheaper from other places on the internet, why should I buy from Western Cycle Supply?

A: We will never have the lowest price on the internet, that is because we only buy parts from the most reputable supplies. All of our parts go through a stringent inspection process to insure you get the best stock available.

Q: I see the terms OB and 5 Series on your website, what do they mean?

A: OB stands for Original Bullet, if your Bullet features the engine and frame from the 1955 design we consider it to be an original. The OB was last produced in 2008. 5 Series is anything with 5 in the name: B5, C5, E5, G5.
