The air injection system (AIS) routes fresh air from the airbox to the exhaust system in order to aid in the combustion of unburnt fuel. This system is designed to improve emissions on stock exhaust systems. This plug and play kit, removes all the clutter associated with this system, and is a great addition if an aftermarket exhaust system has been fitted.

Perfect kit to remove the unnecessary Air Injection System (AIS) from the Royal Enfield 650 Twins. Easy installation and I like that the kit includes the finned block plates and gaskets.

AIR Block Off Plate Kit
Beautiful-plates match the fins of the engine, and the resistor plug looks factory installed. This setup keeps the connector neatly tucked away and prevents contact with sharp edges and hot parts. Kit eliminates the excessive popping that was present with the AIR system.

Perfect Fit, Great Addition
I got this on a whim but really like it. It was very east to install (only thing needed to remove was horns for easier access-two bolts per horn). I've got a Powertronic and this really cleaned up above the engine and left a lot of room. Also have free flow pipes and not sure if it is related but they seemed to backfire/pop a little less after putting this in. Great kit.
