This conversion kit includes everything you need to upgrade your standard 5 3/4" headlight to your favorite modern 7" light. Not only will the larger headlight provide more light, the larger diameter also makes the bike look more finished. The kit includes:
(1) Inner mounting ring, ours is a "wider" version that provides more wiggle room in the bucket. Your new light will not bottom out on the speedometer cable with our kit!
(1) Outer mounting ring
(6) Bulb mounting "W" clips
(1) Ring mounting bracket & screw
(1) Bulb (Halogen 40/60 Watt 3200K)
This kit is truly a plug n play kit. We've done all the heavy lifting i.e. mounting the bulb to the outer ring with the 'W" clips. Simply undo the 3 mounting screws, unbolt the 5 3/4 assembly, unplug the harness. Then Plug the new assembly into the harness, tighten the 3 mounting screws, and BAM you are done!

7 inch headlight conversion
Assembly came well packed in OEM packaging from seller. Fit was excellent, finish was great. Is so much brighter than the 5.5" that it replaced. Took about ten minutes. Only drawback is it is non adjustable. Yet covers as much area as the oem bulb. Also bulb is replaceable. I give this one a thumbs up.

Excellent kit
This conversation kit to upgrade to the 7" headlight is perfect! Very bright, and super easy installation, plus it looks great in chrome. The outer rim even has the visor peak for that classic look.

What a joy to have it preassembled, it went together so fast, I had to look for something else to do on the bike with the time that I had allotted. I wasn't expecting the eyebrow, which was a nice touch.

A great kit for an authentic look!
Ok,so I didn’t give this a 5 star...for only one reason, the shine was not great on one piece, with that,it don’t bother me,but I bet it would bother someone. It it NO WAY affects the performance or convenience of this product,but if a little orange peel in the plating would irritate ya,well...again,this is only nit picking,and I really shouldn’t deduct a star,but...I can be unreasonable. I love it otherwise (I have purchased 2 so far)and the ease of installation is well worth the few minutes it takes.
